WHO WE ARE
Squad 4:16 is for students in 6th-12th grade, our middle and high school ministries offer strategically focused Bible studies and events to meet students where they are and spur them on to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ. We are committed to loving and serving youth and their families as they navigate the teen years and explore their faith in Christ.
Squad 4:16 helps middle school and high school students become deeply devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Our vision is that all students are engaged, equipped, and empowered to live as disciples now and beyond high school.
To accomplish our mission, we will do the following four things with excellence:
Create Strategic Environments - Foster Personal Relationships
Intentionally Partnering with Parents - Promote Missional Living
HOWARD HARRIS, JR.
Howard's motivation for youth and children's ministry is found in 1 Thessalonians 2:11-12, "For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory." Howard believes if our children know their purpose and place in this world, they can live in the power of God.
Pastor Howard is a graduate of Liberty University receiving a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and received a Masters of Arts in Religion from Liberty University.
